York Suburban Lacrosse Club welcomes all youth interested in lacrosse from beginner to experienced in grades K – 8.

REGISTRATION EVENTS:
November 12, 2009 7:30-9:00 PM @ York Suburban High School Room 121

December 1, 2009 6:30-8:30 PM @ Indian Rock Elementary School

December 3, 2009 7:00-8:00 PM @ York Suburban Middle school lobby

TEAMS AND AGE LEVELS:
U9 - under 9 as of 9/1/2009
U11 - under 11 as of 9/1/2009
U13 - under 13 as of 9/1/2009
U15 - under 15 as of 9/1/2009 & in middle school


FEES, EQUIPMENT AND UNIFORM:
(U9) $100.00 Early Bird Registration Fee
(U11- U15) $150.00 Early Bird Registration Fee
Discount of $25.00 for each additional sibling registered
$50.00 Optional Uniform Fee

EQUIPMENT & UNIFORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO TRY ON

ITEMS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION:
Completed registration packet
Copy of your player's birth certificate
Copy of your player's insurance card
Check for registration fees

Proof of membership with US Lacrosse is REQUIRED to register with the York Suburban Lacrosse Club.  Registering with US Lacrosse is easy - simply go to www.USLacrosse.org and have your player's insurance information on hand.

Print off your membership confirmation e-mail and bring it with you to the York Suburban Lacrosse registration.  The membership fee for US Lacrosse is $25 and includes insurance, discounts, and an annual subscription to USA Lacrosse magazine.

Registration after December, 15 2009 is subject to a $25.00 late fee.
