The York Suburban High School (YSHS) Mens Varsity and JV teams represent the York Suburban School District (YSSD) in the York Adams Interscolastic Athletic Association (YAIAA), which is located in District III of the Pennsylvania Interscolastic Athletic Association (PIAA). The YSHS Mens Varsity and JV teams are school sanctioned teams, which are operated by the YSSD, not the York Suburban Lacrosse Club.

The York Suburban Lacrosse Club provides a strong foundation program for these teams, and works hard to ensure proper preparation of club players for high school competition. The club maintains a great working relationship with the coaching staff for the Mens Varsity and JV teams, and implements portions of the high school playbooks at the youth levels to ensure top-down consistency in the program.
